Telesales Executive

DunfermilnePart time£30,000+ OTE

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to company decision-makers to generate new business leads.
  • Warming potential leads from social media, email, and internal enquiries.
  • Record all activity and updates in detail on our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs.
  • Promote our range of business voice, mobile and connectivity solutions.
  • Create and book qualified appointments for the field sales team.

Skills & Experience

  • Possess excellent written and communication skills.
  • Have a well-organised, professional, and structured approach to work.
  • Be enthusiastic and have a passion and drive to exceed targets.
  • Previous telesales experience is an advantage but not essential.
